Product Overview
The Broadcom ACPL-K43T and ACPL-K44T are single and dual-channel digital optocouplers, respectively, designed for high-temperature automotive applications. These devices feature a miniature eight-lead footprint in a stretched SO-8 package, compatible with standard surface-mount processes. They utilize an insulating layer between the LED and photo detector for electrical insulation and incorporate separate connections for photodiode bias and output transistor collector to enhance speed.
