Product Overview
The HCPL-M456 is an intelligent power module optocoupler designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain photodetector, offering minimized propagation delay differences crucial for improving inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead time. With excellent common mode rejection and specified performance over an industrial temperature range of -40C to 100C, it is ideal for IPM isolation, isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drives, and AC/brushless DC motor drives.
