The Broadcom 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, HCNW137/26x1 are optically coupled gates designed for high-speed logic interfacing, input/output buffering, and line reception in noisy environments. These optocouplers combine a GaAsP light-emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photodetector, offering TTL compatibility and robust isolation. Featuring high common mode rejection (CMR) up to 15 kV/s and guaranteed AC/DC performance over an industrial temperature range of -40C to +85C, they are suitable for applications requiring maximum AC and DC circuit isolation, such as isolated line receivers, microprocessor system interfaces, and switching power supplies.
