These dual-channel optocouplers provide electrical insulation between input and output, featuring a pair of light-emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors. Optimized for high speed, they offer up to a hundred times the speed of conventional phototransistor couplers by reducing base-collector capacitance. Available in 8-Pin DIP and industry-standard SO-8 packages, these optocouplers are suitable for applications requiring high common-mode transient immunity, logic ground isolation, and analog signal isolation. They serve as replacements for pulse transformers, offering board space and weight savings.
