The HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX, and HCNW22XX series are optically-coupled logic gates designed for high-speed signal isolation. These devices feature totem pole output stages and integrated Schmitt triggers for logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for external wave-shaping. They offer superior common mode transient immunity (up to 10 kV/s), wide operating voltage ranges, and guaranteed performance across a broad temperature spectrum.
