Product Overview

These dual-channel optocouplers provide electrical insulation between input and output, featuring a pair of light-emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors. Optimized for high speed, they offer up to a hundred times the speed of conventional phototransistor couplers by reducing base-collector capacitance. Available in 8-Pin DIP and SO-8 packages, these optocouplers are suitable for applications requiring line receivers with high common mode transient immunity, high-speed logic ground isolation, pulse transformer replacement, isolated analog signal ground isolation, polarity sensing, and isolated analog amplifiers. They are designed for TTL/CMOS, TTL/LSTTL, and wide bandwidth analog applications, as well as high-speed TTL/TTL applications.
