Product Overview

The HCPL-4506 series intelligent power module (IPM) and gate drive interface optocouplers are designed for common IPM applications over an industrial temperature range of -40C to 100C. These optocouplers feature fast maximum propagation delays, minimized pulse width distortion, and high common mode transient immunity. They are suitable for IPM isolation, isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, AC and brushless DC motor drives, and industrial inverters. The series offers options with integrated pull-up resistors for simplified design in IPM applications.
