The ACPL-W70L (single-channel) and ACPL-K73L (dual-channel) are high-speed 15 MBd CMOS optocouplers designed for reliable digital isolation in various industrial applications. Leveraging advanced CMOS IC technology, these optocouplers offer low power consumption, high speed, and a unique Glitch-Free Power-Up Feature. They are ideal for applications such as digital field bus isolation (CANBus, RS485, USB), multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interfaces, microprocessor system interfaces, and DC/DC converters. The optocouplers are built with high-speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs, each featuring an integrated photodiode, transimpedance amplifier, and voltage comparator with an output driver, ensuring robust and accurate signal transmission.
