Broadcom 6N137-500E featuring GaAsP LED and Schottky clamped transistor output for circuit isolation
Product Overview
The Broadcom 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, HCNW137/26x1 are high CMR, high-speed TTL-compatible optocouplers designed for applications requiring maximum AC and DC circuit isolation. These optically coupled gates combine a GaAsP light-emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photodetector, featuring an enable input for strobing and an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output. With guaranteed performance from 40C to +85C and high common mode transient immunity (up to 15 kV/s), they are ideal for isolated line receivers, microprocessor system interfaces, digital isolation for A/D and D/A conversion, switching power supplies, and ground loop elimination.
