Product Overview
The Broadcom ACNT-H61L is a stretched wide optically coupled optocoupler designed for low-power isolated interface applications. It integrates a light-emitting diode and a high-gain photo detector, consuming a maximum of 2 mA power supply current and operating with an input LED forward current as low as 4.5 mA. This optocoupler supports both 3.3V and 5V supply voltages with guaranteed AC and DC parameters across a wide temperature range of -40C to +105C. Featuring a CMOS output and an internal Faraday shield for superior common-mode transient immunity (20 kV/s), the ACNT-H61L is housed in a 15-mm stretched SO-8 package. Its high voltage insulation capability makes it suitable for isolated communication logic interfaces and control in high-voltage power systems, including 690VAC drives, renewable energy inverters, and medical equipment.
