ACPL-331J 1.5 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Driver Optocoupler

Product Overview
The ACPL-331J is an advanced, intelligent gate driver designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It offers integrated VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, and active Miller clamping. This compact and affordable solution simplifies IGBT VCE fault protection, providing maximum design flexibility and circuit protection. The optocoupler is ideally suited for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V and 100 A, or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. It features a high insulation voltage of VIORM = 1414 VPEAK.
