High CMR, High Speed Optocouplers
The HCPL-4504 series optocouplers, including the HCPL-4504, HCPL-0454, HCPL-J454, and HCNW4504, are single-channel, diode-transistor optocouplers designed for high Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMR) and fast switching speeds. They feature short propagation delays and high Current Transfer Ratio (CTR), making them suitable for demanding applications like inverter circuits and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) interfacing. The integrated photodetector with separate photodiode bias and output-transistor collector connections enhances speed. These optocouplers are available in 8-Pin DIP, SO-8, and Widebody package configurations.
