The HCPL-260L/060L/263L/063L are optically coupled gates that integrate a GaAsP light-emitting diode with a high-gain photo detector. Featuring an enable input for strobing and an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output, these optocouplers provide robust AC and DC circuit isolation. With a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/s at 3.3V, they offer LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility and reliable performance across a wide temperature range (40 C to +85 C).
