Product Overview
These optically coupled gates combine a GaAsP light emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photo detector, offering high speed and TTL compatibility. Featuring an enable input for strobing and an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output, these optocouplers provide excellent AC and DC circuit isolation. The internal shield ensures high common mode transient immunity. They are designed for reliable performance across a wide temperature range (-40 C to +85 C), making them suitable for demanding applications.
