The ACPL-T350 is an IGBT gate driver optocoupler designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It features a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, providing the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices.
