It integrates key features such as VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, active Miller clamping, and isolated fault status feedback. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, directly handling IGBTs up to 1200 V and 150 A, or driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs.
