ACPL-333J IGBT Gate Driver Optocoupler

The ACPL-333J is an advanced, easy-to-use, intelligent 2.5 A output current gate driver designed for compact, affordable, and easily implemented IGBT VCE fault protection. It integrates key features such as VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, active Miller clamp, and auto-fault reset. These features provide maximum design flexibility and circuit protection for IGBTs and Power MOSFETs. The device is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, capable of directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V and 150 A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The ACPL-333J offers a high insulation voltage of VIORM = 1414 VPEAK.
