Product Overview
The 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, and HCNW137/26x1 series are high-speed, TTL-compatible optocouplers designed for robust digital isolation. These devices integrate a GaAsP light-emitting diode with a high-gain photodetector, featuring an enable input for strobing and an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output. They offer excellent common-mode rejection (up to 15 kV/s) and are ideal for applications requiring isolation in high-noise environments, such as microprocessor system interfaces, isolated line receivers, and digital isolation for A/D and D/A conversions. Performance is guaranteed over a wide temperature range (-40 C to +85 C).
