Product Overview

The HCPL-3020 and HCPL-0302 are integrated circuit optocouplers designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. They feature a GaAsP LED optically coupled to a power output stage, providing the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices. With 0.4 A maximum peak output current and high-speed response, these optocouplers are ideal for directly driving small to medium power IGBTs.
