Product Overview
The ACNW3190 is a high-output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler designed to drive power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It features an integrated AlGaAs LED and a power output stage, offering high operating voltage and peak output current suitable for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/200A or 600V/300A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The optocoupler boasts superior insulation voltage (VIORM=1414 Vpeak) and includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis.
