Product Overview
The Avago Technologies ACPL-K33T is a 2.5 Amp Automotive R2Coupler Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for driving SiC MOSFET and IGBTs in AC-DC and DC-DC converters. It features an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering fast propagation delay and tight timing skew. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices. This optocoupler is ideal for high-frequency, high-efficiency conversion applications requiring reinforced insulation and reliability, such as automotive and high-temperature industrial environments. It is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 test guidelines and operates within an automotive temperature range of -40 C to +125 C.
