The Avago Technologies ACPL-K33T is a 2.5 Amp Automotive R2Coupler Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for driving SiC MOSFET and IGBTs in AC-DC and DC-DC converters. It features an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering fast propagation delay and tight timing skew. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices.
