Product Overview
The ACPL-330J is an advanced, intelligent 1.5 A output current IGBT gate driver optocoupler designed for compact, affordable, and easy implementation of IGBT VCE fault protection. It offers integrated VCE desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, and active Miller clamping, providing maximum design flexibility and circuit protection. This device is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications, capable of directly driving IGBTs up to 1200 V and 100 A, or driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. It features a high insulation voltage of VIORM = 1414 VPEAK.
