Product Overview
The AHV85111 is a self-powered, single-channel isolated GaN FET driver designed to optimize the driving of GaN FETs in various applications and topologies. It features an integrated isolated dual positive/negative output bias supply, eliminating the need for external bias supplies or high-side bootstrap. The driver offers bipolar output rails with an adjustable and regulated positive rail, enhancing dv/dt immunity, simplifying system design, and reducing EMI. With fast propagation delays and high peak source/sink capability, it is ideal for high-frequency designs. The device boasts high CMTI and isolated outputs for bias power and drive, making it suitable for applications requiring isolation, level-shifting, or ground separation for noise immunity. It is available in a compact, low-profile surface-mount NH package and includes integrated protection features such as undervoltage lockout and overtemperature shutdown.
