Product Overview
The 130U/131U series are 3.0kV/5.0kV rms isolated, 150kbps, three-channel digital isolators designed by 2Pai Semi. Leveraging 2Pai Semi's proprietary iDivider technology and mature CMOS process, these isolators offer superior performance and reliability compared to optocouplers and other digital isolators. The iDivider technology utilizes capacitive voltage division for precise voltage signal transmission across an isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. These isolators feature independent transmission channels, configurable directions, and support for 3.0V to 5.5V operating voltages and signal level translation. They are suitable for general-purpose multi-channel isolation, industrial fieldbus isolation, industrial automation systems, isolated switching power supplies, isolated ADCs/DACs, and motor control.
